How do I make a booking?

What happens next?
Once the repair is approved, you will be contacted by our specialist Technician to arrange a time and location for the repair.
I don't know my vehicles exact color code?
That's not an issue as our technician will obtain this on the day of repair from the vehicle's identification number. We get the formulation directly from the paint manufacturer who created this for the vehicle manufacturer. We then mix this exact formulation in our fully equipped vehicle.
What about the weather?
Weather can be a problem and is beyond our control however If you have undercover and well ventilated this is, of course, the best solution to avoid rebooking if the weather is severe.
Do you need access to power or water?
We need access to power.
How long will it take?
It depends on the size and location of the repair. Our Technician can give you an estimate before booking. 2-3 hours is normal.
What sort of products do you use?
We only use Branded and AU compliant products. We do not use any illegal or parallel non-environmentally friendly products.
How soon after repair can I drive my car?
As soon as we are finished you will be able to drive it.
What about washing my car after repair?
The paint will be touch dry but will still be curing.
We, therefore, recommend that you leave your car for 48 Hours.
I have a cheaper quote, can you match it?
It does no harm to ask
